PROGRAMME SDGAMES DRØBAK – NORWAY 2022

The first ever SDGames will at Drøbak Montessori in Norway from Monday 26th of September until Saturday 1st of October 2022. This new initiative is based more directly on the SDG’s, both in terms of understanding and making an impact.

This is the provisional programme.

Monday	Day 1: Arrival
	Teams will be greeted at the bus station by their host families. In the afternoon: Speed dating, small games, music, snacks.
Tuesday	Day 2: SDG & Sports day
	Students will work in groups, completing activities relating to SDG 14: Life Below Water. They all work with a real problem for the local environment. In the afternoon cultural sports and other activities. Opening Ceremony and Cultural Evening
Wednesday	Day 3: SDG day II
	Students will visit Drøbak Aquarium and will work for the second day on their SDG challenges. Teachers workshop and discussion in the evening
Thursday	Day 4: Cultural Day
	A trip by boat to the biggest Island in the inner Oslofjord: Håøya. A great hiking area perfect for sports activities
Friday	Day 5: Oslo Day
	A bus trip to the capital of Norway, Oslo. Participants attend two cultural activities, to be chosen prior to the event. Closing Party This is the chance to have fun, dance, sing and celebrate the exchange of culture and friendships made over the previous days.
Saturday	Day 6: Farewell
	Host families will drive their guests to the bus station, depending on what time their group leaves.
