These young people have already chosen their roles and divided the responsibilities, and will now take charge of the event planning to ensure that all guests have an amazing experience.
They will be selecting the sporting and educational activities, organizing the trips, finding the right host families for all foreign guests, and preparing everything necessary to offer an unique insight into their country and culture.
Their work will also include fundraising, budgeting and promoting the event, so look out for information and materials that they share on social media.
We appreciate the hard work they have already put in to creating this event, and look forward to working with them more closely over the coming months.
