A week to remember. A journey of connection, culture, and peace.

Hosted by Colegio PucalΓ‘n Montessori, the 10th edition of the Global Montessori Games brought together students and teachers from Bolivia, Norway, Mexico, and the Netherlands for an unforgettable week in Chile.

From the very first day, the atmosphere was filled with energy, joy, and curiosity. Traditional Chilean dances opened the event, followed by games, kite building, and cultural sharing at the market. A celebration of diversity and friendship that set the tone for the days ahead.

Students explored ValparaΓso’s colorful streets and graffiti walls, visited Pablo Neruda’s home at Isla Negra, and enjoyed laughter and games by the Pacific at Playa de Canellillo. On the playing fields, language barriers disappeared as teamwork and smiles took over. Together, participants imagined an ideal world and expressed shared values on flags they designed – symbols of hope and unity.

An adventurous day followed in Cerro La Campana National Park, with breathtaking mountain views, team-building challenges, and a surprise birthday celebration that made the evening even more special.

The final day captured the heart of Montessori peace education: connection, reflection, and gratitude. From free-choice activities and yoga to a joyful poolside BBQ hosted by local families, every moment reflected community and togetherness. The week ended with dancing, laughter, and a few tears. Proof that friendships formed here will last far beyond borders.

The Global Montessori Games 2025 in Chile truly embodied what it means to learn, play, and grow together in peace.

PEACE,
