Children from all over the world gathered at the first elementary Global Montessori Games in Italy

Montessori in Pratica in Almese was the host school of this week. Students and teachers had many activities like, playing different sports and games together, going on a hike in the mountains nearby, getting to know more about Torino and sharing their own culture at the cultural market.
During the week Italian families opened their doors to children from Norway, the Netherlands, Mexico, Bulgaria, India, China, and Croatia and gave them the unique opportunity to learn more about Italian culture and customs.
It was a wonderful week with new experiences and where new friendships were made! We are very grateful for everyone involved in this amazing and unforgettable week. Especially Francesca D’Achille and her team of teachers, and all the host families, which opened their homes and hearts for people around the world.
