We are happy to announce that we at GAMES have created a working relationship with an inspirational organization, Global Goals World Cup.

We know that sport has the power to connect people and to be a driver of social change and this organization really harnesses this power and places it firmly behind the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

The UN recognize sports as a means to promote education, health, development and peace, and they do this by bringing women together to participate in football tournaments and play for the Global Goals that are most invigorating for them, their families, and their communities.

Wherever the tournament takes place around the world, I see women taking on responsibility and answering the call to help achieve the SDGs. All women who join use the power of being a team and the Global Goals to find their spark and become the leaders for change in their communities.

As well as numerous events, every year, they share great content that encourage people to use sports as a means of understanding and achieving the SDG’s.

Theirs is a truly global initiative that brings about real awareness and change, to which we ourselves strive toward.

We believe that our two organizations have shared values and hope that we may work together, share ideas and resources, and have a real impact on the people we work with.

After all, Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals, challenges us to find ways to collaborate to make a more sustainable and peaceful world.

We invite you all to join us on this mission.
